on day 19 the temp keeps going down the himidity down get the humidity up ......I dont know whats happening.....the temp has stayed a steady 99-100 for the 19 days now this....

Dont give up youre almost there
Tell us exactly what bator you have
Tell us exactly what temps and humidity are doing
Get the humidity up to at least 60-65% now use clean sponges washcloths or pads .
Get the temp up to 99-100 forced air and 100-102 for still air. try covering part of the bator with a bath towl to keep in heat.
Keep a close watch on it

I have a hovabator 2362 my humidity is at 47 was at 50 went down...I have a bowl and sponge in there and a wash cloth on top and a humidifier next to it

I have the same bator and I am having the same problem at day 14!! I am just doing little changes and trying to keep it from cooking them

Be VERY careful. Your humidity could be a lot higher than what you think......
If your hygrometer is not calibrated you don't know that it may be off by as much as 20 points. I just would hate to see you drown your chicks.

yes it should be higher with all that in there . do you see any fog , condenstation or drops on the windows or anywhere in side the bator?

I only seen some condensation on the window where I had the wet clothe
