He's finally starting to walk without using his stub. I think it's less painful that way. For a while, he was using it like he thought his foot would magically appear, and he'd bang his stub hard on the ground because it wasn't. He gets along well with just the 3 but you can tell he's still tempted to use #3 1/2.
