I got 2 Light Brahmas from Tractor Supply...but they don't look like the same breed...

No. I remember looking at the different bins with chicks in them. They had about five bins, and none of them had Orpingtons in them. Maybe it was a mix-up at the hatchery before they were brought to Tractor Supply?

Yes, they had a bin of Bantams SR (straight run), Australorps SR, Isa Browns P (pullets), Light Brahmas P, and I think Turkeys were the last ones.

Yes, The pullets do at 7 to 10 days

Almost every time I have gotten chicks from tractor supply, I get some that are other breeds, Mostly the ones that they get from Hoover hatchery..

I bought some Orpingtons from TSC a few years ago, and they turned out to be Silver Spangled Appenzeller Spitzhaubens. Quite the mix up!

Thats a beautiful example of a feed store goof! Despite all the mix ups, I'm still quite jealous I can't walk into a feed store and walk out with my spring chicks.

Hmmm if not a hatchery mixup possibly an ISA Brown. Are it’s legs yellow or white?

Tractor Supply could have mixed up with the labels from a previous week.
Or they could have combined two kinds of chicks and only put one label on them.

The one chick looks like a Buff Orpington, or at least a Buff something, even though that is not one of the breeds they had signs for.

Yeah, a mix up is a huge possibility. I was in TSC yesterday and they had a bin labeled Dominiques & Partridge Rocks. Well, there were chicks in there that looked like Dominiques and.....completely yellow chicks. No idea what the yellow chicks were, but they definitely were not Partridge Rocks.
