I got a new incubator

It is a LG still air. I found it TSC. I will not be hatching with it until next year (parents). But it will give me time to buy the fan and various sized turners.

duck, chicken, quail, pheasant, maybe peafowl.

I've got nine BLRWs due in about 10 days in my new LG still air.

So far, I love it. I've hardly had to adjust the temps at all and the turner works well also. Good luck with yours!

do you you have a forced air fan kit?

Nope, they didn't have it in stock when DH bought the bator for me.

I'll see how this hatch turns out and if it doesn't turn out really good, I will get the forced air one. I just make sure the thermometer is on top of the eggs so I know what the temp by the eggs is.

I bet I can start incubating in late jan.-early feb.! I would get eggs in the summer before school starts, to give me something to do during the summer. If my hens ever except my roo.

Good luck I have one and like it but it is touchy at times. I need to get the forced air part. I do have good luck with mine though. What are you going to hatch in it?
