i got it tuesday, and was about to junk it today as it wasn't blowing air or turning AT All, so as i was just about to throw it away, my step dad came around the corner of the house, he didn't know i even got this incubator, so i showed it to him, and showed him the problem, and he told me to take it apart clean it out and re oil it, when i went to oil the gears, i noticed, that there was some old white lubricant on it, that had gotten hard, and pretty much dried, i cleaned it and now it is working perfectly, and there were also tons of dead moths in it that may have also caused a problem

well i have a brower top hatch incubator, it is old, and has a lot of stains, the turning motor and the fan work well, but the thermostat just stopped working and it got too over 120 degrees in it, so i took out the thermostat, and found the wires that power the fan, and i found the two wires that are negative, and i am going to attach a water heater thermostat to those two white wires, and drill a few holes into the thermostat, so i guess it would be a some what "semi-" homemade incubator, after i do that, and if i do this and it works as good as my homemade incubator, then this should be an awesome 9 dollar incubator, because the incubator was free, and the thermostat, will be 9 to 10 bucks at lowes,........................... i will post pics and keep the people who are interested about this,,, updated
