i know...
i thought the hole would be at the top on the egg but it is kinda to the bottom side.. is this normal?
i have the eggs sitting on 1/2" slices of toilet paper rolls for stability

i just came in from the barn and my hen was off the nest...

so of course i can't pass up the opportunity to check.... low and behold....the hen has one pip..

SCORE: 2 for me and 1 for Butterscotch... 2 more for her hopefully to go
