I got ghicks but worried

I do the dry Incubation method and I just put these on lockdown yesterday. there hatching! Im worried that they havent been in the high humidity long enough. the one that just hatched is out but the shell is stuck to him. looks like he pulled some of his bown off getting out. its humid in thereabout 80%. recon he will make it?

I have read lots of posts about folks getting the stuck shell off. I do dry incubation also for a couple of weeks and then wet the last week.

If the little fella looks like he's all right except for that shell stuck to him I'd say he's out of the woods.
