Congrats on the egg! My oldest is about 20 weeks so I hope to have a green egg in my future.

OK, I have 2 BRs and don't quite know which is producing the eggs at this moment ..one? ...the other? ..or both? But I've gotten an egg each day since Monday except for yesterday. Beautiful eggs! The first one I enjoyed had two yolks ...but it was so small, and too cute! One of the chickens on Tuesday laid a shell-less egg right in front of everyone in the outside run. Except for that and the very first one last Thursday, they've all been laid in the nest boxes.

Those are gorgeous! How many birds do you have? I went back to the nest boxes and I missed one! Another brown egg, but the size of the green ones .... I also had a soft shelled green one on the poop board

I have 1 EE 1 Plymouth that are around 4 months old and 2 EE 3 Cochin and another Plymouth that are 3 months all the blue eggs are from my older EE i am still waiting on the Plymouth's first eggs should be any day now!!
