This is the first time I've ever had chickens! They're 7 weeks and pretty shy so I used a couple of mealworms to break the ice. They're making a mess of the feed. I'll have to think about how to stop that. I sprinkled some feed all over and they're having fun scratching around in the run to find it. They're also eating whatever bugs decide to trespass. I've given them some grit if the sand doesn't suffice.
