I have chicks hatching tomorrow, but noooo I couldn't wait I just had to have fluffy chicks NOW!!!!!!!!!

Well ... the last time I counted I have 70 or 80 something ... did I forget to say that I also got 4 other adult chickens besides the chicks ...?

So I came home with 12 chickens ...

My coop is big but I really need to build another one very SOON! I have around at least 30 chicks hatching tomorrow if they all hatch!

I've got it BAD!!!!!!!!!!

They're trouble, aren't they? I looked, walked away. Went back. Picked up the bedding. Looked some more. Engaged in some banter with an employee over the sexed pullets bin, then looked one last time. Whew, close call!

WOW!!! That's a lot of chickens!

But I'm sure they're in a very happy home!

We're working on plans for our *first* coop. And I'm trying to decide how big I want to go "just in case!"

White Japanese Bantam. I think I got a quail instead of a chick! He is so tiny! But he's the most active. lol

Jersey Giant chicks. The Black one I'm pretty sure is a rooster because he attacked me. Then the other JG chick is Blue. That one isn't very old. There in with my two other chicks I hatched out myself.

I had to put them in different brooders because the bigger chicks were pecking at the silkies.

yes, the black one is a roo. see how thick his legs are compared to the girl next to him. that is a sure sign....and him attacking you...​
