PERHAPS "Kathinmo" will notice your posting and chime-in. She has recently done a "staggered hatch" and has perhaps hatched duck eggs. IF she doesn't post here, you might consider giving her OR "Speckled Hen" a PM requesting advice.

(Seriously, though, I really believe that you should get another 'bator. I have 2. One with turner for incubating and one without turner for hatching.)
