I went to our local Lowe's, in El Paso, last weekend and those playhouses were 399. I told the manager that everywhere else they were cheaper,, he smiled at me patronizingly....
Today we went in and they were 199! So I found the same manager and mentioned that by the way,, the website said they didn't have any at all,, so I was glad to see the prices were down.
I told him I wanted to buy one for my classroom project and he said he had one that was returned to due to a wall being cracked and I could have it. HAVE IT!!!!!!!! My dear darling son said "Like free?" I handed him the truck keys and told him pull it around before he changes his mind.
The high school shop teacher next door to my school is going to have his group assemble it for us, and also expand it to the sides so it is larger. I'll try and take pics as it moves along, I'm so excited I can't stand it!

Oh, and the wall crack is only 3 inches long on the bottom of the back wall!
