I got my chicks! I wound up getting 40 of them , I just got a varity. So my chicken run will be very colorful. They were only 1.00 each. I hope they do great!

Congratulations on your chicks. Wow that's cheap for chicks, I'm use to at least paying 3 dollars per chick. What Breeds do you have?

Brown Leghorn, Gold laced wyandotte, silver laced wyandotte, black australorp, Barred Rock, Light Brahma I got a varity! They were straight run.

Wow 40, I guess I can't feel guilty for having 39 lol. If I see some Buff Orp or Buttercup pullets when I go to the feedstore tomorrow, however, I will surely be adding to my collection lol.
