We use a pretty complicated analysis system to give out "Greeter" awards that includes, but isn't limited to the following:

1) How long they've been welcoming new members
2) How many new members they welcome
3) The quality and friendliness of their welcome

So, if you want a "Greeter Award" make sure to keep up the good work with a lot of quality and friendly greetings!

If you want to change that then become a GFM and then you can have it changed to whatever reasonable 25 character thing you want.​
