That was super nice you took her chickens to raise. I was gifted 5 hens and a rooster about a month ago and, contrary to what you may read or hear, my rooster is my favorite (don’t tell my hens that though lol). The way that a rooster and hen communicate is so amazing to watch sometimes I feel like they are people not chickens! I hope you get everything up and running for you chickens and I look forward to seeing you around the threads!
