Let's back up and get a little more information about your situation so we can better help you. Were the birds not laying at all or just slowed on production when you introduced the light? How old and what breed are the birds? What specific type of light are you using? What is the current natural daylight length where you are and what length of lighting are you currently at - did you just jump straight to that level or are you working your way up to the goal length incrementally?
