Mother also got a lil damp but is cleaning off,and I moved them to a dry nest box spot,everybody is happily chirpying now.

Update:The mother hen noticed the egg sack and the chick,she begun eating the egg sack and scooted the fertile egg up under her even farther.Of course calls to the chick,you were right,mother knows best.

Well,the chick hatched an dis Black with a yellowish/white head.they are all nice and dry and are drinking&eating.They have met a few memebrs of the flock,but not for long,mama didn't like that.they are still Very wobbly.

New update:even greater news.They are beginning to play,especially the first two who hatched.the black one is even beginning to play too,the bantam is as well,just not as much.
