Long story short- I hatched rescue eggs and I have no idea what breed any of them are. Any guesses?

Hi vrsilver, first off Welcome to BYC. Have you had a chance to check out all the different forums available to answer many of the questions you might have when starting out in BYC? I'm not certain what breed your new mystery chicks are, but I would recommend that you post some pictures over in the What Breed or Gender is this? thread There are so many helpful people on byc & I'm pretty sure someone can help you figure it out. Best of luck & they are some pretty cute fuzz butts you got there.

So many breeds look so alike as chicks its hard to say.
The long story might help. Are these pure breeds or mixes or unknown?
Whats "rescue eggs"?
Like you pulled them from a burning building? Found them floating in a stream and jumped in and pulled them to safety?
Found them in a nest with a drug addicted abusive hen and took them home?

They were left over from my university’s biology department and they were supposed to be destroyed but the chair of the biology department allowed to let me sneak them out:cool:
