Well if bleach doesn't kill it then every university, vet clinic, and emergency center I've worked in is doing it wrong

I also heard putting down cow salt on the ground will help kill it out. Other than that, a propane wand and scorching the ground is about the only way. But I wonder about non Orthodox methods such as coal oil or Diesel fuel and setting it ablaze would do as long as your pen and birds do not catch fire. Some chemical residue might remain though.
