I HATE COLD WEATHER

i was runnin' around in shorts and a t-shirt today! ha ha!
(okay, i did TWELVE years in minnesota - i did my time - i paid my dues)

i don't think i could live anywhere cold again. i'm way too much of a sissy now. southern california has spoiled me.

In Indiana we have a saying: "If you don't like the weather, wait a minute." Right now it is 5 degrees. They are forecasting 50s and 60s for next week. I just take it in stride, and try to enjoy what we have. I will agree that constant rain is the worst! When it's this cold, I just make big pots of soup and stews, read more, sleep more, and dream about what I'm going to plant in my garden in the spring! Seed catalogs are coming in now- yeah! I do miss the colors of the other seasons!!
