Us too,, a chilly 102 today after 113 high so far!

Holy heck. I would render myself, at those temps.

I'd be calling people to poke me with a fork to see if I was done.

I think I must be truly adapted to a lifetime in the rainy PNW. Rainy, cloudy, cool & no sun and I'm sunburned.

Imp- On cold showers till further notice.

Some of the most beautiful pictures, I have ever taken, were from my porch, during fire season. Just dazzling sunset colors!

Here's a video:

And this last Winter was nothing to complain about. It snowed twice and neither one required shoveling, at all!!!!!! The year before? Nine feet, in three weeks. I made Easter Island snowmen in my yard.

We had a little global warming protest.

It was great, in the Spring, when we could see deer in the yard again!

AWESOME pics!

We are in the 80s and the humidity is oppressive.

Give me a fall days with temps between the 40's and 60's or if it has to be hot, I did like the dry heat of West Texas.

Well, as of 2:23 pm Eastern it's 91 degrees and 57% humidity for a heat index of 101. This is an improvement over the previous five days and closer to our seasonal norms.

Any of you poor people in the PNW (RURAL only) who want to move to sunny Florida, I'd trade my 5 acres for yours! (Would even consider a trade for 2 or 3 acres) I miss the rain, wind, cold, ALL OF IT!
