Oh I don't know. Our casinOs are kind of dumpy. There's a place called the peppermill. It's not downtown but it's just gone through a beautiful remodel.

If it is a summer trip I'd suggest a resort in Tahoe. SOOOOO beautiful. And if you stay on the Nevada side you can still gamble.

I went to Vegas last month and was blown away by how huge and unique it was

Oh i went to Vegas about a month ago.....was great.......came back with 3300.00 more that i started with , thats after spending lots there too. 4 day , with only 4 hours of sleep...my kind of town

We were there on memorial weekend. Stayed at a place called the 4 queens that was nowhere near the strip,

Funny thing MGM had a game of war...you know the card game where you win if you have a higher card.....fast game i turn 100 into 350.. in less than 10 min.

Lol yep Vegas is spectacular but reno has it's charm too. We also have Virginia city which is one of the most haunted/ oldest establishments in the west!

I just can't enjoy Vegas when I'm there. (work sends me) The pace wears me out, and there ain't nothin to do. I don't ride rollercoasters, I'm not at the point in my life (yet) where I need to get a prostitute, and you can only hit so many buffets in a day. I just mainly stay in my hotel room.

I just dig Reno. They got a Cabelas for cryin out loud. And In and Out Burger!
