I hate this time of night.

It hit 115 here today. It will go over 110 every day now for at least the next 10 days according to the weather service.

So far I've only lost 3 this summer.

It's survival of the fittest here.

I took a dip in the pool on the way in to the house. even the water is warm.

Especially in the summer, everything just sticks to you over here, it's terrible.

The winters are awesome here. So much lovely rain, and wind, and hail...

(Especially LOVE the days when the wind is gusting at maybe 40 knots and the sky is clear and blue. Life is good.
