I have 18 eggs in lockdown in my Brinsea ECO Advantage and I cannot keep the humidity up to 55-60%.

Yes, I covered all vent holes, put 2 different sponges in there and I use a good quality hydrometer.Are all the vent holes plugged? Have you tried putting a wet sponge or cloth in with the eggs?
Also, what are you using for a hydrometer?
How did your hatch go?Yep, I realize that it can happen at lower humidity, however, using a Brinsea machine is supposed to be the better choice. I am not convinced. The temperature is fluctuating a lot too, that is not good for hatching.
