I don't know if your bird in question just has a modified buttercup comb or a rose comb. I'm not sure if there is a thread for buttercups as they're not too common. You might check the breeds section for such a thread, if there are breeders they might have a better idea. Other than the comb, it looks like a buttercup pullet.

Oh, great call! I was thinking there was a similar colored bird but all I was coming up with was Campine. I think you nailed it!

Yay! I was also blanking on the Campine until I saw picture of the rose comb then it just clicked.

Funny how it sometimes there's only one or two differences between two breeds...
