Pekins can't fly. Flap their wings and get a little air lift yes, but not fly. Sorry to hear that you haven't found her yet.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My heart breaks for you, your family and your other duck. Now that a predator knows where to find a duck, it's possible it will be back for your other one. You might want to keep your duck locked up in a safe predator proof run for a while. Do you have more than the one other Pekin
