I have 2 pekin ducks both 3 months one male and one female they have always got on but now the male is aggressively attacking the female

Is there anything i can do to stop this behaviour

What do you mean by "aggressively attacking"? Is he trying to mate with her, pulling feathers, drawing blood?

Hes grabbing her feathers on her neck and pushing her to the floor while pecking aggressively so far weve been able to separate them before hes drew blood, but theyve never been seperated before and its only the two of them and she wouldnt like being alone im wondering if theres anything i can do to stop him as i dont think hes mating but couldn't be sure

Sounds like mating behavior. You can stop this by either separating, or getting more female ducks.
