I have 4 hens and 3 of the 4 are trying to mate with a single hen

How old are your chickens? Do any of them lay eggs?

Edited after seeing pictures: Looks to me like you have three cockerels and a pullet. I would separate her ASAP so she can have some peace.

Got them from tractor supply about six months ago and there were said to be all female

That white one looks male as well. Pointed saddle feathers. I think the barred one is the lone pullet.

You have 3 males and 1 female that’s why that one is being attacked. You will have to remove the males and give them their own space or add more females.

Males (roosters or cockerels) need at least 4 females each so they do not fight or over mate with the females which will cause feather damage and stress.
