I have a chick with a chest bulge and need help please!

I have 3 three week old chicks that I just received from a friend. She got them from a local farm to do pictures with for Easter but she just brought them to me today and two of the three have a crazy bulge on the upper part of their chest it feels like air its not hard or anything just like a think skinned balloon. I read that it might be a damaged air sac? I am including a picture for a better diagnosis. I have a rir, buff brahma, and a ee and I don't want to loose them if this is contagious. Please help!!!!!

I'm not sure this is my first time raising chicks so I am not sure what's normal and what's not. It feels like air what does it feel like when a crop is full of food none of my other chicks have this or feel like this does.

thats what it looks like to me. check them in the morning and see if it hasnt gone down.

Ok sorry this is late coming but an extra full crop is what it was. I just have some new additions who made pigs of themselves to the point of looking like they were inflated. Crazy birds. Thanks for all the input you guys rock!
