Same thing happened to me
When I got my shipped eggs there was a BIG egg included with SURPRISE written on it. I know your not supposed to incubate odd sized eggs big or small, but I went ahead anyway. My chick was HUGE too, and pipped but couldn't turn to zip and died. I wish I had realized it needed help. When I cracked the egg open the poor thing was so tight in the egg I couldn't even get the shell off of it!
