I have a drake that mate with my chickens what should I do!

It's spring and due to anatomy ( your drake has ab actual penis, roosters don't so hens aren't built for that) I would get him some female ducks asap.

If you have a rooster he might keep the drake in line but otherwise there's a good chance the drake is going to injure a hen without meaning to.

I would separate him from the hens as quickly as possible. He could seriously injure them.
And yes, get him a couple of girlfriends.
