I have a light Brahma chicken with no feathers on its legs it's 5 weeks old do they come in later

Usually, Brahmas start out with feathered legs. Your chick could be another columbian/light patterned breed, like the Columbian Wyandotte, Light Sussex, or Columbian Plymouth Rock instead.
 
I got them from rural king I called them and they said they have seen some the feathers come in later on
 
I figured it was a hatchery bird, although a lot of hatchery breeds (that may be purebred) are just very poor examples of the breed. Like in dogs you can get a lot of faults in the puppies but the puppy mill or pet shop will still say they are purebred. They probably came from parents that didn't look much like the breed either.

If you like her anyway - that's good. They don't have to be show birds to be good layers.
