I have a mixed flock, but this one’s unique?

The body is dominant white. NO part of fantasy will change that. The head color is an anomaly that happens in chickens. I've had my share of chickens hatched on my farm that geneticists have said are impossible to get from the matings I've done. I understand the anomalys.
Dominant white dosn't hide unless it's under recessive white. Recessive white being just plain white without any other color showing, except in the occasional colored speck on several feathers. 25 years of raising chickens and hatching several thousand eggs should give me at least some idea of what's going on. I don't know everything yet, but 25 years is a lot of ground covered.
Pictures?

The colored feather is typical for recessive white. Not really an anomoly at this point.
She's dominant white. She was only an example.

After hatching several thousand chicks including the color varieties of dominant and recessive white, do you think we would have an "eye" for chick down when it's very important to the breeding program?
It's important to spot the differences. Yes.
