I took pictures but there is no place here on this thread to upload them. I'm going to try to upload them to my album, but been having trouble with that as well. This is the first one to hatch and it's only day 19. What should I do since everyone says do not open the incubator. Its my first time hatching eggs.

Sounds like your chick has hatched with albumen (egg white) on it. Opening has to be your decision but you will probably have to clean the chick up with some warm water when you do remove it. Don't let the chick get chilled though they need to be kept warm. Removing the albumen should let the chick fluff up. Here is a lovely article with a section on sticky chicks https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/egg-failure-to-hatch-diagnosing-incubation-problems

Wishing you the very best of luck with the rest of your hatch.
