2-125ml Safe Guard for Goats
1 ml on a piece of bread for 5 days
disposing of all eggs for 19 days😵‍💫😭😭

Heres to hoping🤞🤞🤞

Thanks for all the info that’s on this site.
Took a little from here and a little from there
put them all together and came up with this👏

Thank you
Connie

We are going out early morning 6 am. Will have the bread pieces cut up, put the med on one piece at a time and hopefully the chicken will eat it right up. Then place them outside then on to the next til they are all done🤞

Our first experience with deworming and we learned some things
We started to de worm by puttting the medicine on a piece of bread for The first chicken and that was the only one because she wouldn’t touch it so I could see disaster coming! So we started with your recommendation of pulling down the wattle and it was a breeze. it took us an hour to do all 40 chickens.
So my next question is can we switch over to Valbazen even tho we have already given this dose of Safe Guard? And if we can do wait 10 days before we give the Valbazen?
It would make life easier to only do it twice instead of 5 days in a row on 40 chickens. But if I must I must.

Thank you
Connie

Now you know why I prefer Valbazen, only 2 dosings. However, I'm not taking anything away from Safeguard liquid goat wormer, it's an excellent wormer.
No problem switching from Safeguard to Valbazen. I've done it before and besides, both are benzimidazoles. Go ahead and use the Valbazen on day 10.

yes I do see that now🤦🏻‍♀️ Hopefully I will listen better next time but probably not😵‍💫 Live and learn and spend more money than you should:he
I’ll be taking back the second bottle of safeguard and exchange for valbazen tomorrow.
just a question Tho? If you know
I tried to find it on Amazon and couldn’t. I put in valbazen for goats. Am I missing something or does Amazon not carry it🤷🏻‍♀️
anyway thank you for the advice
Connie

Ok I put it in Amazon search as goat but red a post of yours that said valbazen cattle/sheep liquid and they still don’t carry it. So I’ll just go to where I bought the safegaurd
