It's fairly normal for eggs to hatch up to two days late, I think.

The baby duck is still moving it just hasnt piped internal or external yet

Give it time, they internally pip when they are ready whether it's late or not. It might not be late for that duckling.

If you are candling to see movement, stop, it may confuse the duckling. Just don’t touch it and leave it alone. Take a walk. Binge watch Netflix. Just don’t mess with that egg!
