Don't even get me started on this inefficient arm of the government. When my chicks came they called me at 8 AM to tell me they had come in. I said great i will come get them. so i live 5 minutes away. When i got there they tell me well we don't open till 8:30. i said well someone just called me to tell me they were here. The girl says yeah that was me but we don't open or do nothing till 8:30.
I though if any other business in the world treated people in this dumb manner they wouldn't be in business???
Then the girl who had called me and some other postal worker talked for 20 minutes until 8:30 when she then turned and processed my package. I was appalled?
I hate their online tracking. Never ever works for me. It says item shipped on wednesday then it will say failed delivery attempt when its here. Not where my package is or anything.
Okay, at the risk of offending some folks.. Call on the great shape-changing Cerridwen- she gets justice and results, and her final form in chasing down a delinquent was a chicken!
And in that form she actually FOUND the delinquent (disclaimer... this is a myth, this is only a myth, and the events have been twisted through time to suit the situation!) Hope your chickies turn up alive and well SOON.
USPS does not issue tracking numbers on poultry shipments. McMurray says they have no way of knowing if the shipment was AM or PM. One of the girls at my neighborhood PO is calling the big drop points to see if they might be sitting in wait.
