I have an egg inside a cracked egg???

Could a hen have done it or is a 2 shelled egg exist. Can Y’all tell I’m new to chickens 😁

It occurs when a formed egg begins traveling backwards in a hen's oviduct and becomes embedded inside a second egg in the process of developing. The second egg forms around the first, hence the large size

wow thanks I have 6 hens and one that has been pecking the eggs(I hope only one) how do I fix it?My lecture hasn’t fazed them at all !
 
I use roll away nest boxes for this. You can try improving the diet, using boredom buster toys. Some people add calcium to the diet: crushed oysters shells work great. If all else fail, you need to remove the egg-eater from you flock.
 
We have roll away nest box there are 3 but they only use the middle one it’s crazy all the eggs stack up. I did put cardboard over the middle this afternoon maybe that will trick them Thanks for your help
