I have an emergency illness please help!

To be honest he is
I would stick with some plain water and alternate with electrolytes.

Is he perking up at all?
To be honest he seems to be getting better but at times he seems to be doing worse I’m not sure to tell if he is genuinely dying or getting better since I see him sometimes with his head on the ground and then I poke him and he’s normal he has not opened his eyes but I think he may have a spinal injury since when I put him on my leg to stand since it’s an uneven surface he can’t balance well he puffs up all his feathers

I just noticed he is not ge

That doesn't sound too good at all.
Could he have eaten something dead/rotten or moldy?

If he got into some dead animal remains there, botulism could be a problem. It causes paralysis and a limp neck. I would keep trying to give him fluids safely, but not if he cannot swallow.

Ohhhh i see that could be just it he is paralyzed and has a limo neck but I am giving him fluids the way they taught me when we would put tubes down the esophagus that way he won’t get any fluids down his trachea cuz that would be mortal to him

I’m not sure what to do now he’s still alive still has his head the same usually when my chickens have similar symptoms they die in 24hrs I’m still giving him water and a bit of feed mash a new feed I bough with is called 30% which is just 30% protein

Can you get some photos of what he looks like now?

You've seen this before? Have you tried giving any medication like a broad spectrum antibiotic to see if that makes a difference? What can you get?

Hello sorry for the very late response my WiFi was not working but I have seen this before many many times I never knew what exactly it is but I always thought of infection even though they would never develop fever I have seen this all the same symptoms but they usually die 24-35 hours after discovery I’ve always tried to treat with amoxicillin but in one case it helped a bit but died 40 hours later judging the corpse sometimes they would die randomly I’ve also observed a lot of runny droppings usually a yellow or yellow green with lots of Uric acid sometimes the droppings are even gooey in consistency but I’m happy to inform that roses is just fine now made a full recovery looking great and beautiful I wanna thanks all who interacted with the post cuz y’all helped a lot with his recovery 🙏🏾 He as actually proceeded to become the alpha male again with the exception of one brother

That is a pretty amazing recovery. Hopefully you won’t see any similar illness in your flock. Mold in food, botulism, head injuries could case similar symptoms.
