Avian Encephalomyelitis affects chicks <4 weeks old with a head and neck tremor. Disease in older birds is typically limited to reduction in egg production and hatchlings with encephalomyelitis signs.
older birds exposed to the virus will show no symptoms however "recovered" birds will occasionally have "relapses" > often described as "seizures" (set off by sudden sounds or stress) "recovered" birds described often as "unthrifty" which means there will be a measure of malabsorption (incl. those vit. such as E which will produce neurological signs) so giving a good supplement such as AviaCharge and an E supplement would be my advice (cant hurt might help)
.. not saying your bird definitely has this problem but it is a possibility ...
