With my chickens
My buff Orpington "daisy" has been picked on by my rooster. She has a gouge in her back and a lot of scabs. We ordered a chicken saddle for her but it won't arrive for a while. Any short term solutions?????????¿ I have her in a separate box near the other chickens run area.

On the right just under her wing she has some missing skin and it's bare flesh

I would spray her wounds with Vetericyn or apply some plain Neosporin ointment, and keep her in a dog crate in the coop and run. I would also trim or file down the sharp points of his spurs. You could also separate him if he is getting rough on the hens.

I put athletic tape on his spurs... my neighbor is a professional retired vet so I will ask her tomorrow what I should do. I have put neosporn on it.
