I have awfull luck with silkies maybe I got some girls this tune?

I had gotten 6 chicks last year, all were roosters !
so I got 9 this time and at least 4 are looking like rooster. Do any look like hens? Some of them look like hens to me but I though I had a hen last year that turned out to be male after 5 months.

I don’t know what sex they are but they sure are pretty. I have 7 of my own about that age and I have no idea of what sex they are either. Good luck.

I can see 3 obvious boys #3, #6, and #8.

Without close ups of the combs on the others and a clear shot of the side and back of the crest (for ruling out streamers) it's a little hard to tell with the others. I see two are frizzled, I'm not sure how streamers tend to look in birds that are both silkied and frizzled. The little paint frizzle silkie looks pretty pullet like to me though.

The crest on #1, #4, #7 and #9 all look pretty pullet like to me (nice and round and it appears they probably don't have streamers coming out of the back).

#2 and #5 I'm less sure about since I can't see either's combs and I can't see the back of #2s crest very well.

If those were my birds I'd feel pretty good about getting some pullets, I'd be surprised if you get less than 4 pullets just by seeing the pictures.

I think the two chocolates and the first black are girls, and possibly the frizzle paint too but less certain.

My guesses were:
1,2,4,7, maybe 9 hens
3,5,6,8 boys
6 is only one crowing doesn’t far.
And the frizzles I was thinking the same thing because they do have tufts of hair at the back but I don’t know if it’s frizzles or streamers

Ah yeah now I can see the little white frizzle silkies comb I think you are spot on in your guesses. Four boys and the rest are looking very pullet like!

I wouldn't worry too much about #1's wattles. She is non bearded and appears to have a single comb rather than a walnut comb. Beards restrict wattles as does the pea portion of the walnut comb (which is pea x rose). Since she is neither bearded nor has a walnut comb bigger wattles are to be expected.

I can definitely see where Chicalina is coming from though. On a bearded bird wattles that large would point towards a cockerel.
