I quickly took the chicks out of the incubator this morning. I have 13 chicks that are dried off and in their brooder. I have at least 4 more out in the bator with a few more eggs pipped. I will leave these till tomorrow. I put them in a box with a light on them till they were dry and fuzzy. I am going to attempt a couple of pictures.

So far less than a 50% hatch, but I have not used this incubator in over 10 years, I over crowded the eggs, and lost power for about 3 hours in the middle of the incubation. I turned them 3 times a day and kept a sponge wet inside it. I am pleased and still have some hatching. Today is Day 21, so not doing too bad. These are just mutt chicks. Their parents were hatched out last year from a Buff Orpington roo and barred rock hen.
