Today my two week old chicks gave me a promotion. Before I was just the food bringer and poop scooper but now I get to be jungle gym as well. They have discovered that it is so much fun to climb on humans and jump on each other from above. It was so much fun. My son and I were laughing so hard just watching them.
I also found out that I really need to put some sand in my coop. The poor things are trying to dust bath in the sawdust. We were sitting and watching and three of the girls were digging themselves so deep in the sawdust that all you could see were their little tail feathers peeping out, the rest of their bodies were totally buried.
