i have chick with runny stool

hello again,
my 1 month chickens are doing very well in their coop and run. question is: one chicken has runny stool. i have seen it here and there in the coop on the wood shavings etc. i cant seemed to narrow which one. the poop is more like watery.
anything i should be doing for the chicks to help prevent this, or is this okay?
when they were alot smaller, i didnt seem to have any problems.
they are still getting the starter chick feed food as well as treats and bugs etc.
any info is appricated.

I have 11 chickens in one run and i see it often. I've read that every so many poops will be like that. Can't remember what it's called but it is normal.

No blood no foul...sometimes it's watery and sometimes you may think it's an egg but as long as it starts in the front and comes out the rear your on track to survival.

some of my chicks poo is watery too and all the chicks seem healthy. I wouldn't worry unless there is blood in it.
