Oh sorry, should add we are day 19 and 21 for chickens.
I was told to try to get it up around 70% and did at first then dropped it back to around 65-68% it is now running closer to 63-65% and I have some condensation in one corner of the plastic window.
I'd say it's probably fine--but to be safe, I'd aim for 70%. I would make sure the bottom of the 'bator is filled & I use little butter dishes which I sit in there, filled with water.
I would follow that advise also. You are probably fine because I had 100 % hatch and my humidity was only at 50% because I live in the very dry desert. Everybody came out just fine. Just try to add more surface area of water.

Oh I have no trouble bringing up the humidity, my concern is that if I have condensation on the plastic am I running the risk of it building up inside the egg and drowning the chick when it pips the membrane.
