I have discovered that 3 of my EE's are roos - Pictures added!

I love the red roo! I have two white EE pullets; the smallest is my darling...she is so sweet...talks to me all the time, smart as a whip!

Seems like I read somewhere that the EE do go broody; I'm hoping they do

The three boys came from a friend of mine who is a science teacher. She got the eggs from Ideal (when she asked me where she could order eggs from, I told her to order from Ideal as I've always had a good experience with them when I've ordered chicks).

I have to agree - all of them are attractive...but the two white ones are gorgeous. It's what's tempting me to keep them! They continue to be well behaved and show no aggressive behavior (at this time) around me or anyone else...as long as that continues, they are welcome here.

Good luck with your new day-old chicks! The will be good company for hem. I haven't ever tried hatching my own eggs...but keeping these roos might really tempt me to try it!
