I have hatched a three legged chick

Thanks for the input, I like Trinity too, but not sure it is unique enough for my bunch, I've got 4 college kids.

Can anyone say "BROKE"!!!!

We have a cat named Stoner(he was born and abandoned, in a old 93 s10 blazer that we used to let the kids feed the cattle out of, nicknamed the Keystoner-it was repainted all the colors of a can of Keystone beer before we got it) and German Shepards named JagerMeister, Sarge, Jerry Lee and Eleanor. He may need a Tuff name added to Trinity to make it around our place. Please keep the suggestions coming and a vote would be great--take the pressure off me.

I will check that website tonight for 3 legged names.

Wow $10,000----that is a lot of tuition---that might make me think.......only to a really good home though. I'm already picky about where my normal babies go.

I will keep everyone upto date. I think I'm going to put him with maybe two or three buddies, I'm worried about him being in a group and someone deciding that the leg is different eventually, maybe thinking the toes are worm!

Right now his extra leg is the same size as the others but I don't know if that will continue.

When he stands and walks he is definately in a tripod shape.....I did look at that thread on the 3 legged in 2008. Is he still doing good? Does anyone know? His name was Tripod. I love that name but I'm not much on re-using names.

Wow! Great photo! Your chick looks fabulous! I hope s/he stays healthy and strong.

You probably could make a bit of money if you decided to sell, but I don't think as much as $10,000. I do remember reading about that guy with the turtle, he collects two headed animals and he pays megabucks for them. Strange hobby to have. If this was my chick I'd really want to keep it, but I'd have a difficult choice to make if I was offered a lot of money for it...

I'll be checking back on this thread for progress reports. Oh, and I'd go for Trinity. Like in the Matrix.
