Well hi......first how do you make an incubator out of a styrofoam coolers?
We have a lot of them and i wanted to hatch baby chickens.
So do you know how to make an incubator out of a cooler?
If you had made one out of a cooler or know how please post below. Thank you!

Use the search feature and you will find lots of ideas. WHT is not the easiest method to adjust a precise 99-100 degree temp; if you can afford a better quality thermostat go for it.

It really depends on what you want to put into it. If you have time and money and the skill, you can add all the features and mechanisms you want to make a really nice incubator that mimics the manufactured ones.
basically, though, the most essential functions are needed for 1: maintaining temperature and 2: providing a heat source. My mother hatched her first batch of eggs in a cardboard box with a lightbulb.
You can take any box or container and add a light in the top or side, throw in a thermometer, and work from there. If it's too cold, it may need to be closed up and sealed better. If it is too hot, create a vent hole or raise the lightbulb, etc.
Many people like to add thermostats and egg turners but those are elements that are optional.
I hope that helps!

Cooler incubators are great, cheap way of hatching, That's what mine started out as,,a hatcher,,,but it works great as an incubator. If you hand or have someone around that is..You must try this,,,especially if you are on a budget,,,
