I have "misplaced" a hen (UPDATE)

I saw this particular chicken this evening. When I went to shut this door that chicken wasn't in the house. I dont think anything got her because I have been around the house all afternoon. I think she might be broody on a nest somewhere but I cant find her so I am not real if she is dead or broody. So I just thought I would share.

every time I cant find one of my chickens I look up and sure enough they have perched in a tree for the night

Did you find her? Some breeds especially love it up high. A friend's EEs spent more time in the raftors of the barn than out ranging!

I found her!! I went down to look for eggs just now and there she was eating and drinking out of our feeders. Then I watched her and she went and ppicked some grass, got another drink and ate some scratch. She was not in the house the night before last night and she wasnt in the house last night. Then I counted them all I found 17 one more than what we should have

!!!
